Our Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the quality of our manufacturing. Our processing system is designed to virtually eliminate any defective products. In the rare event that a product arrives with a defect in craftsmanship or materials, we will replace it at no charge.

Please remember, when working with the finest materials, minor variations in color, clarity, and finish can naturally occur. These are a testament to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects – they add to the unique character of your custom product.

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our products readily available for our valued customers, given the custom nature of our work, we encourage you to reach out directly.

Production Time

Our standard production time is typically 3 - 4 weeks, beginning once your artwork receives final approval.

Because every project is custom designed and unique – considering quantity, process options, and manufacturing type – ship dates can vary. We'll confirm your exact ship date at the time of your order, ensuring clear communication every step of the way.

Artwork

To guarantee the highest quality reproduction of your design, we request vector art in sharp Black & White Contrast, provided as .eps or .ai files.

If the artwork supplied isn't quite production-ready, it might lead to additional charges and a slight delay in delivery. We're happy to guide you through this process to ensure a perfect outcome.

Dies and Molds

All tools, dies, and molds utilized in creating your custom items remain the property of Jester Collegiate and stay within our factory.

Please note that inactive tools, dies, and molds may be disposed of without prior notice.

Damages

Every product is carefully inspected and expertly packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, if any damages occur during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. We're here to support you with any information you might need.

Payment Terms

Payment is with your order, unless other arrangements have been explicitly stipulated by Jester Collegiate Inc..

By submitting designs to Jester Collegiate, you affirm that they fully comply with all existing laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent registration, and privacy regulations at the time of submission.

The customer takes full responsibility for all these matters when presenting designs to Jester Collegiate and agrees to hold Jester Collegiate Inc. harmless and blameless from any claims for damages, costs, or expenses resulting from legal actions related to Jester Collegiate using the supplied materials.

We love showcasing the amazing work we do, and we reserve the right to use products manufactured by Jester Collegiate Inc. in our advertising and displays, unless you specify otherwise in writing.
